Original Outfit for Alt Johnny
I was asked if it was possible, and thanks to Nora’s helpful digging, I was able to replace the new items of Johnny’s alt appearance with his old clothes.
There’s two versions:
– BubbleBones_johnny old clothes over alt appearance – this gives him his old clothes but keeps the new jacket, gives off Keanu vibes. There’s some slight clipping with the tank top at times.
– BubbleBones_johnny old clothes over alt appearance (no jacket) – Johnny threw the jacket away ig and this is just his old outfit.
– BubbleBones_johnny old clothes over alt appearance (jacket+no tank) – apparently, Johnny liked the corpo digs enough to keep the jacket. His shirt though? Who knows where that went. Who needs a shirt when you got a sick-ass abs tatt?
Installation:
1) Pick one of the archives.
2) Drop it into your mod folder (should look something like this: “Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod”. If you don’t have that folder, make it!)
3) You have to turn on his alt appearance at the main menu.
4) Profit.
Uninstallation:
1) Delete the file from your mod folder.

You may be wondering – why not just replace his original appearance’s hair with the new one and be done with it? Long story short, I don’t have the files yet. Modding tools are still being updated to 1.3 so right now we’re pretty much digging around in the dark with the new content. This is a bit of an awkward work around to make it work, but it does, and I imagine it will continue to even after we’ve got the necessary files to make it a little simpler.
If you’re also wondering – why? I like the new hair, that’s why. I also like his new outfit, but I also like his old clothes and thankfully I’m not the only one who likes to have the option of both hairs with both outfits. If you dislike his new hair, then move on, this mod isn’t for you. Don’t use my comments section to complain about a design choice CDPR didn’t even have to give us.
