Restore Legendary Ping
This mod does two things:
Restores the legendary Ping ability that let you quickhack enemies through walls. (Was removed in 1.3)
Allows any rarity Ping to fully highlight enemies throughout its duration. There was some weirdness where they would still have ping, but not be highlighted if it wasn’t legendary rarity Ping.
