Adds Meredith Stout’s militech outfit for Fem V, with material changes. (Changes also effect stout)

Installation Instructions:
1. Download Required mod and install it.
2. Now Extract the mod into *:\GOG\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod
3. Create the mod folder if you don’t have one.
*UN-INSTALLATION*
Delete mod_modname.archive from the mod folder.
