Here’s a very simple, dare I say, elegant solution, based on my incredible artistic talents.
In other words, in replaces all the tattoos in the game with blank texture files.
If you’re questioning your life choices, and you don’t feel like using a save editor, here’s your solution.
Installation Instructions:
Extract this zip into your Cyberpunk 2077 installation directory.
If you prefer to be more hands on, stick this .archive file in cyberpunk2077\archive\pc\patch
To uninstall, simply remove basegame_tattoo_removal.archive from your patch folder.
