This mod is a version of my other mod “SuperVision“ , it uses the depth buffer, contrast and edge detection to add a border to the image.
Making the game look like Borderlands/Cartoon style.
Super light, less than 0.021ms on frametime.
“Installation”
You MUST download and install the LATEST 4.91 Reshade , then paste the “Borderlandfy2077.fx” in “…\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\reshade-shaders\Shaders\”, and enable it once ingame.

Fixed the menus, now the effect only applies on 3d
