Johnny Wardrobe
Replaces Johnny’s clothes in a modular way! Play dress up with the dead rockerboy in your head.
Thanks to help from the lovely silverhand-hoe on tumblr, I now have the knowledge and power to play dress up with Johnny. My goal here is to replace PIECES of his outfit individually so that it’s modular, and you can swap bits in and out as you please – know that there might be some clipping with pieces not intended to go together.
It works like this:
basegame_[Johnny Wardrobe – Jacket] will replace his bulletproof vest mesh.
basegame_[Johnny Wardrobe – Upper body] will replace his tank top (or his underarm hair depending on the item lmao).
basegame_[Johnny Wardrobe – Pants] will replace his pants.
basegame_[Johnny Wardrobe – Shoes] will replace his shoes.
So theoretically you could download one of these mods and just replace say, his pants. Or his shoes. Or replace all of them with one of the preset outfits (which are still modular to take out what you don’t feel like having!) You can only have one item per category installed at once! (e.g. can’t have more than one jacket file etc)
Right now, there are two outfits / presets available:
Leather Rockerboy, which includes:
JACKET – Jacket spiked
UPPER BODY – default tank
PANTS – River’s
SHOES – default shoes
Merc:
JACKET – shirt with holsters
UPPER BODY – none (not visible under jacket)
PANTS – pockets
SHOES – heavy boots
with the Merc, I recommend using the Johnny manbun mod – https://www.cyberpunk2077mod.com/johnny-silverbun-messy-bun-for-johnny-2-styles/ to avoid clipping on the popped collar of the shirt!
Installation:
1) Extract one of the outfits into your mod folder (should look something like this: “Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod”)
2) If you want all of the outfit, you’re set!
3) If you only want pieces, remove the individual archive files of the parts of the outfit you don’t want (e.g. if you don’t want River’s pants but Johnny’s default ones in the rockerboy look, delete the pants file)
4) Profit.
Uninstallation:
1) Delete the files from your mod folder.
There will be more outfits/items added over time. I’ve already got a dozen items setup but I need to test them and it’s very time consuming. Also, if you notice for some reason something doesn’t work as it’s supposed to (e.g. part of his outfit is invisible/missing, or things are clipping/overlapping) PLEASE TELL ME! I can fix it. Swapping his outfit is a lot of swapping things around and it gets very confusing if I get turned around for a second, so I hope I haven’t missed anything haha.
