Drop all three archive files into the mod folder which is located here:
\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\
Depending on which launcher you use, you will find the Cyberpunk 2077 folder here:

Known Bugs
Blue Moon’s Choker clipping through jacket collars – Fixed in “Blue Moon – All in One”
Blue Moon’s Skirt clipping through jackets / certain tops – Fixed in “Blue Moon – All in One”
Blue Moon’s Bracelet – In order to properly see the bracelet in first person, it has to swap a outer body item slot. This means that you will not be able to wear the bracelet alongside outer body clothing.
