Removes all voices from every advertisement. Keeps the music.

The reason I left the music alone is purely for immersion, you’ll notice it’s not very annoying with the voices removed. I hope you all enjoy this!
This mod is fully compatible with other audio mods or other mods that change in game ads like the massive Blade Runner mod or the Modest Ads mod.
I could probably support all languages, just need some testers in the comments.
