You need to have Cyber Engine Tweaks installed – https://www.cyberpunk2077mod.com/cyber-engine-tweaks/
Also, to get recipes you need to set bind in Cyber Engine Tweaks binds.
INSTALLATION
Manual:
Go to your CP2077 folder and extract 7z file
Automatic:
Use Vortex
